Positions at Mimmo’s:
Mimmo’s Delivery Driver
A Mimmo’s Delivery Driver is reliable, friendly with great initiative. You don’t like being stuck doing one thing, your sociable and can work unsupervised. You will have your own reliable car, be over 18 and take personal responsibility for being safe on the road. You will be comfortable delivering directly to our customer’s front door and be confident to address any concerns. When you are not driving, you don’t mind “pitching” in, as you would rather be kept busy!
Mimmo’s Pizza chef
The Mimmo’s Pizza Chef is reliable and productive. You are responsible for opening up the kitchen, making pizza dough batches, prepping sauces to our high standards, taking deliveries and restocking fridges and cool room, you will have knowledge of stock rotation and the management of fresh products. You will manage all food preparation for the following day and ensure a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. Follow and assist in the daily running of the Food Safety Plan in accordance to the NSW Food Safety & Hygiene laws and regulations
Mimmos Kitchen hand
The Mimmo’s Kitchen hand is reliable and productive with a great sense of humour! You will assist the Mimmo’s Pizza Chef in preparing dough to exacting standards, make pizzas, learn to cut and box pizza’s , Clean, Clean, Clean , washing dishes, taking out the rubbish and preparing the kitchen and product for the following day . Follow and assist in the daily running of the Food Safety Plan in accordance to the NSW Food Safety & Hygiene laws and regulations
Mimmo’s Counterhand:
You are the face and voice of Mimmo’s. You will answer the busy phones with a professional and friendly voice, process the orders , organise the Mimmo’s Driver delivery’s , cash handling , refill the drinks fridge , clean, clean, clean include mopping the floors , keep track of all customer orders, fold pizza boxes and do it all with a smile! Numerical and computer skills and confidence are an advantage, as is excellent people and organisational skills.
Mimmos’ Counter Manager:
All of the above and more! The Mimmo’s Counter manager ensures all is calm, in control and on time! You will assist the Manager or Supervisor with cashing out the Mimmos Delivery Drivers at the end of their shifts, assist with the weekly roster management and take control of all communication with our loyal customers when required! Numerical and computer skills and confidence are an advantage, as is excellent people and organisational skills.
Mimmo’s Barista:
The Mimmo’s Barista must love Coffee and will provide above standard Customer Service. You will know your customers order before they even walk through the door. You can work unsupervised, can demonstrate initiative and be extremely well organised. The Mimmo’s Barista makes coffee fast, cleans fast and understands when there is an opportunity for up selling!
Mimmo’s Store Manager/Supervisor:
The Mimmo’s Store Manager/Supervisor loves all things pizza and people! You will assist the owner’s interview and hire employees, manage weekly staff rosters and track to store labour percentages, assist with training and managing every team member of the store. All team members must be familiar with the accepted ways of making the products and using the equipment, and the manager has to make sure that they know this information. A Mimmo’s Store Manager/Supervisor must run every station in the store. You must be able to make dough, make pizzas, run the oven, cut and box products, and be in charge of total quality control for all food that is served. The Mimmo’s Store Manager/Supervisor is in charge of all safety issues in his store. Food safety is very important, and all team members must be taught all safe food preparation methods. The manager must also teach equipment safety for all machinery in the store. The Mimmo’s Store Manager/Supervisor must keep tight controls on all financial aspects of her store. You are in charge of labour control, product cost controls and waste control. Damage, theft and shortages are also a responsibility.
